Contact enquiries
We collect the name, work email, company details and message you submit so the Otto Benefits team can review and respond to your enquiry. Optional details help us understand your company or brokerage. Your enquiry is stored in the dedicated Benefits database and is not visible to other visitors or workspace customers.
Accounts and workspaces
Accounts use an email address and password managed by Supabase Auth. Workspace records contain company requirements, broker relationships, proposals and commercial documents. Connected employers and brokers can access shared records according to their roles. Please do not upload employee lists, identity documents, health information or claims.
Service providers and security
Vercel hosts this website. Supabase provides authentication, the database and private document storage; the Benefits database is in Frankfurt. Resend is the selected provider for account emails. These providers may process technical information to operate and protect their services. No AI processes the content of contact enquiries or workspace documents.
Browser storage and abuse prevention
Signing in stores session information in your browser. The demo stores fictional edits in the browser session. Contact drafts are not saved to browser storage. Submission identifiers prevent duplicates, and short-lived hashed identifiers help limit repeated enquiries without storing raw network addresses in the enquiry record. The workspace and its demo use Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits and Speed Insights to measure loading and interaction performance. Measurements can include the page URL, browser, device and approximate location. This site does not install advertising trackers.
Use, access and privacy requests
An enquiry is used to handle your request; submitting it is not a subscription to marketing. A contact enquiry does not authorize sharing your details with a broker or insurer. To ask about access, correction, deletion or the handling of your information, select ‘A privacy request’ on the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
